This is the first post to this section so it can be considered to be an example of what could be posted here and how.

When I first got my GSR200L in late 2008 (note : the GSR200L is the lefty model of the "normal" GSR200, but this should also apply to the "normal" GSR200). I noticed that I had a problem with the balance of this axe.

I asked around on the Official Ibanez forums and I was told there that the neck and headstock of this bass are too heavy compared to the body.

A tip given to me was to put some coins wrapped in non-conducting tape (just to be sure) and put these coins in the electronics cavity of the body (thus making the body heavier).

Instead of coins you can also use something else that fits and adds some weight (like maybe some lead from your fishing rod ?)

I did this and it seems to have worked at least a bit to make it easier to play and it added some more "value" to it as-well ;);)
