Congrats once again to the Ibanez Prestige Bass for thoroughly trouncing
the Gibson Grabber II with a thunderous 11-4 final score.

Basses come and go in this competition. We've had some
real stinkers, and some exceptional basses, that - though real lookers
in their own way - didn't have enough to make the top drawer!

Welcome to Thunder Row's BRONZE MEDAL ROUND to elect the
third place winner in this series of head-to-head competitions.

Each of these five contenders fared well enough in the competition
to land in the top 15.

Your votes will decide which bass will be awarded the BRONZE MEDAL
in what has been a grueling competition all around!

A big round of applause for our BRONZE MEDAL CONTENDERS

The Schecter Damien Bass

The Carvin 4001 Bass

exceptional axes?

Which is the most beautiful?

Who gets the BRONZE MEDAL?

YOU DECIDE!!

Winner announced next week, and then we'll meet the
contenders for the SILVER MEDAL!

Me too...of all the choices here the Ritter holds my eye the longest. Runner up would be that black Schecter.

Look at all that classic Carvin goodness...just waiting for the right hands to set her free. No contest at all.

THIS is really hard. you know what the wood got me. i really like a white bass.and the cora is a looker. the rickenbaker, well the name says it all. the Gibson well it is almost unattainable. the schecter a little to plane so here we go . the carivin 4001 like i said the wood work got me.

I'm with Donnie. A beautiful piece of wood just speaks to me - even more so when it's a musical instrument.... :D

Tough choice between the Rickenbacker and the Carvin, as the only two of these I'd spend my own money on. Carvin wins the coin flip, though I'd also have to buy a pickguard to balance out the sadly lonesome control plate.

The Ritter??? Seriously??? Looks like a $30 hooker. Would you take her home to momma? No, you wouldn't.

I have to go with the Rick. I've owned far too many of them (each slipping away for whatever financial reason at the time and returning in the form of another), and I especially love them when converted to five strings.

Just something intangible about that shape that gets me every time.

Don't forget to place a vote. Would you have the Carvin lose because you didn't dangle your chad?

Never take a $30.00 hooker home to momma. On the other hand, Dad might find it amusing. And with Father's day on the horizon...
