If you need help or have a question, you can send an email to one of the following addresses:

- For all technical support (registration, login, etc) you can contact Support at: support@thunderrow.com
- For all purchase related questions (how can I buy TMBG, etc) you can contact Sales at: sales@thunderrow.com

To avoid delays in service, please be sure to use the proper address for your particular request.

Please include the following information in your submission:

- Your real name
- Your Thunder Row username (or when you cannot register, the one you would like to have)
- The TMBG Members' code from inside your TMBG package (if you are a TMBG customer)
- A description of your problem, if applicable

General questions or feedback can be sent using the "Contact Us" form at the bottom of every page.

Good approach Patrick. That should simplify things for folks. A "sticky"? - great, this is stuff that every user should be able to easily find!

Sorry about this but! I followed the sticky as I have a problem/question.
However support@thunderrow.com produces an ERROR404 report.
I know that means one of us has an issue.
If you get this message, then I think it's your address that is causing the problem?!
PS. I clicked on the address on this page! Hope this helps?

I followed the sticky as I have a problem/question.
However support@thunderrow.com produces an ERROR404 report.

404 is a file not found error and should not happen when clicking on a email address, what's your email client and is it setup to handle "mailto" ?

from what I understand the mailto request is not sent to your email client but instead you browser tries to open it which causes the 404 error since there is no file named support@thunderrow.com

So we have a sticky telling us to use support@thunderrow.com, but in reality it does not exist? What am I missing here?

Dear Elmeaux. Do you mind if I pat your head while we speak? I feel a kind of empathy. The way you look and I feel as something to do with it I think!
Anyway, I followed instructions and managed to fill my space with my equipment stuffy, but Dah! I got the model number on my Yamaha BB714BS wrong and printed BB174BS. And Dah! I can't remember what the sequence was to get to that facility so I can't change the info.
Are you Elmeaux because it sounds so nice in French? I have a beautiful French friend and you would fall out of your chair if you heard her pronounce your name!

No, it's like this.
There is an email adress you can use to send support requests, this email address is support@thunderrow.com when you send a mail to that address the mail is forwarded to myself, Elmeaux and David from the Learning Dock.
The same happens when you use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of each page.

What I think happens on your computer is that for some reason it does not know how to handle the mailto: that the site sends when you click your mouse on support@thunderrow.com
So instead of opening your email client with support@thunderrow.com as the recipient your browser tries to open a page on the server that's called support@thunderrow.com but that page does not exist (the 404 error).

What you can do is go to the "Default Programs" setting on your computer (if you have windows 7 you can access this from the Start -> All Programs menu) and see if there is a default email client set there, if there is an email program set see the "Choose defaults for this program" option and see if MAILTO is checked, and if it's not check it and save these settings.

Now when you click an email address on a page it should work and open your email client (most modern email clients will automatically check if they are the default program, so maybe you have no email client installed ? or one that doesn't set itself as default ?).

Hope This Helps.

I cannot comment on the personal questions to Elmeaux, but I can tell you how to edit your signature.
At the top of the page there is a menu option called : "Forum Actions" click that and you'll see a "drop-down" menu. Then click on "Edit Profile" This opens your profile page.
At the left in the menu list you should see an option called : "Edit Signature" click on that one and you can edit your signature.

But I took the liberty to fix this for you, so you don't need to do anything ;)

Our own Patrick has corrected it for you. Thank you, Brother P.

Bassbelly, you wouldn't want to pat my head. I keep a mousetrap in my hat. :p

"Hope This Helps.". Patrick I am humbles to the point of melting! I just cannot bow low enough! Brilliantly explained. I'll let my daughter do it! I understood Windows 7. My tricky little 4 core has it I am reliably told! The rest is Aramaic to me, but I have it here for when the kid and my robotics son in law get back from holidays. They speak geek and Java and stuff all the time! Very Clever.
A big thank you for rescuing my bass to. No I don't mind, you can fiddle in there to your heart content. I have great interest but no mental capacity for both my bass and computer speak! Muchisimo Gracias Amigo!
