Rock/Fusion Supergroup The Aristocrats (http://the-aristocrats-band.com/) Announce U.S. Midwest Tour Dates

Guthrie Govan, Marco Minnemann, Bryan Beller

The Aristocrats, three of the world's most exciting and respected musicians in modern music, announce a string of new U.S. performances in the Midwest in support of their highly acclaimed eponymous debut album. “We’re going to have a raucous rock vibe and a sense of humor about the music,” exclaims guitarist Guthrie Govan. These new shows may well be their last U.S. appearances this year.

The following dates have been scheduled:

- Friday, May 18 in Nashville, TN at The Rutledge, 410 4th Avenue South
- Saturday, May 19 in Louisville, KY at ZaZoo's, (The New Vintage Showcase) 102 Bauer Avenue
- Monday, May 21 in Indianapolis, IN at Birdy's, 2131 E. 71st Street
- Tuesday, May 22 in Cleveland, OH at The Beachland Ballroom, (The Tavern) 15711 Waterloo Road
- Wednesday, May 23 in Columbus, OH at Rumba Café, 2507 Summit Street

- Friday, May 25 in Charlotte, NC at The Double Door Inn, 1218 Charlottetown Avenue
- Saturday, June 2 in San Pedro, CA at Alva's Showroom, 1417 W 8th Street
- Sunday, June 3 in San Pedro, CA at Alva's Showroom, 1417 W 8th Street

Guthrie Govan is arguably the hottest guitarist on the international music scene today and was featured on the cover of Guitar Player for July, 2011.

Bryan Beller has played and recorded with renowned guitarists Steve Vai and Mike Keneally, and is a touring member of the hugely popular “band” Dethklok, borne of the Cartoon Network animated show Metalocalypse.

Marco Minnemann has played with everyone from Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree) and Adrian Belew to technical death metal masters Necrophagist, and is looked upon by fans and peers as one of the most gifted, innovative, cutting-edge drummers in the world.

The Aristocrats have toured the east and west coasts of the U.S., most of Europe, Japan, Canada, and parts of the middle-east in the short time they've been together. They formed practically by demand after a wildly enthusiastic response to a single performance at The Anaheim Bass Bash during the Winter NAMM show in January, 2011. With just one rehearsal the night before the gig the trio unexpectedly floored the audience – and themselves – with near-telepathic interplay and boundless musical energy leaving heads shaking in disbelief that it was their very first gig. “The chemistry was so great,” recalls Govan, “that when we came offstage we all said to each other, ‘This is working. We should record this.’”

The stage magic continues for new U.S. audiences in May.
