  • Nothing Like A Six-Pack

Phil Jones PJPS SIX-PACK Bass Combo Amplifier

    From the Phil Jones Website:

You are a bass player on the move - rehearsals in the morning, afternoon studio sessions and gigs at night. That's a busy life! Why make it harder on yourself by having to lug around large, bulky bass gear everywhere you go. You'd love a smaller amp but are afraid of compromising power and sound.

The Phil Jones SIX-PACK is a no compromise performer, incorporating the powerful PJPS M-500 MOSFET amplifier and six custom designed 5" full-range drivers that are optimally aligned to a rugged, precisely engineered, vented enclosure. The SIX-PACK comes complete with telescoping handle and heavy-duty casters for easy portability.

For smaller gigs, this little might alone packs a punch delivering 190 Watts into 12 Ohms, but with extension cabinets such as the PJPS 9B and the 6T, you can be rockin' at 700+ Watts into 2.5 Ohms.

    KEY FEATURES

    - 720 Watt Max RMS Output
    - Ultra Low Noise Pre-Amplifier Circuit
    - Active & Passive Inputs
    - Line Input
    - Volume Pedal Input
    - FX Send & Return
    - 12-band Graphic EQ
    - 3-band Parametric EQ
    - Compressor/Limiter
    - Headphone Output
    - Pre-amp Output
    - Balanced Line Output
    - Six Internal 5-inch Proprietary PJPS Speakers
    - Telescoping Handle and Heavy-Duty Wheels

    - 2 Year Warranty

At about $2149.00, I thought I'd get one for casual basement practice. HA HA HA!! Just kidding. This one's obviously for the stage.

Check out the Phil Jones Website for more info on their products.
