good site. I found it in a post on TalkBass and read with interest his trials and tribulations with getting through the lessons of TMBG. I see I am not alone in the practice/practice log lack of discipline. Good luck this year, he's starting out strong with the log. Now I need to walk the walk...

If you haven't checked it out, look into the blog. You may feel you are no longer alone as far as your playing time discipline goes.

It is good reading. Help keep me on my toes. Been playing at a few open mic nights. Makes me go back and try stuff a different way. Even a basic blues riff in I IV V. One of the guitarists like to play in a different order. He likes IV V I. caught me by surprise and took a few bars to figure out what he was doing.
