Very odd. If one clicks on the title of the video (as opposed to the red 'play' button), it works.
I looked at your video on Thunder Row before I logged in, but now that I'm logged in it's saying unavailable. Weird. At any rate, very nice performance(s)...you're a triple threat, L6b! :)
Yeah, not sure what happened since I have 'embedding' enabled on the video settings. Thanks for the heads up!
Thanks Elmeaux!
Oftentimes the easier the better. It allows for experimenting, improvising, immersing yourself in the song and riding the wave. Thank goodness for music! :D
Just messing around with this song to get a brief break from the news. Hoping that everyone finds a little time to unwind for the sake of your mental health. If you want to add a video here of...
Looks like it weighs a ton and the floating thumb technique would be USELESS to keep the strings quiet. Mo' strings, mo' problems.
All is well. Just checking in every now and then to see what's going on. Good to see and hear you having fun with your bass(es)! :)
I remember this one from a few years back...nice blast from the past. Hope all is well, Elmeaux.
Sounds so good, L6b! Really digging those strings too!
This is one of those energy songs that gets the blood pumpin', due in no small part to the driving bass line. Nice, AB!
It seems like so often the artist has a few extra bells and whistles on the bass he actually plays. It says a lot that the bass he plays is no different than the bass the general public can get....
Hello, L6b and thanks! Yeah, I think it's safe to say she's not a fan of the technique.
Thanks guys! That snap is what I love about this bass. It cuts through everything - the mix, my wife's nerves, etc. ;)

I've had this bass for a few years now and highly recommend it as a (relatively) inexpensive bass that gets the job done and won't break the bank. It has a switch that allows you to toggle...
That's great to hear, Elmeaux! Hope you are feeling as good as new soon. :)
Not familiar with Kiesel, but the bass sounds great, looks pretty sleek too...thumbs up! How's the weight on it? Lighter than your Fender Precision?
Nice work on the standup...do you get a decent tone out of it? I'd love to hear it (after it wakes up of course;)).
That Ric sounds insanely good...great job!
Nice work, AB! Still amazed that Phil Lynott played this syncopated bass line and sang at the same time...of course, Geddy Lee makes it look pretty easy too.
Elmeaux and Tobiasman, so sorry to hear that you have been facing serious illnesses. Music is definitely tonic for the soul - indulge when you can. Best wishes to you both for complete recoveries.
He cuts loose a little bit toward the end of this song, but even that is tastefully done. Great job, AB...beautiful bass!
Get well soon, Elmeaux!
Yeah...yeah, that's the ticket...that's what they are! ;)
