Thread: Recent gig

  1. Default Recent gig

My "dads" band had another gig at our kids school a couple of weeks ago. Went really well except the first song of the second set (Are You Gonna Go My Way), my signal dropped from the mixer right before the solo. Bummer because its a fun section to play. But it came back and all was well afterwards.

Here's the videos. Of course I'm the bass player. :-)

    Enjoy

I am not sure who the door man is at your night club... But those people look pretty young to be dancing in a bar, even an out door one.

Very cool, looks like a lot of fun.

That was FANTASTIC!!! You are great, B!

Love it when the peeps sing along and gather at the stage. In the second set, guys are dancing!

    Gigs are great.

    Thanks Elmeaux!!

I can't tell you how much my playing has improved by playing in a band. Lessons and practicing by yourself are great and necessary but if you have the opportunity to play with other musicians, please take it! It takes your playing to a whole new level.

Absolutely right Bronson! The sooner you can start playing with other musicians, the more quickly you'll improve!
