    Enjoy your sessions, thomas.
Be carefull of your hands, though. Now, years later, I have the feeling that the time I spent hitting things in Tae Kwon Do did no favors to the knuckles.

It's been a while since I was on Thunderrow. I've had 2 Krav Maga lessons so far. Really great lessons if I do say so.

I started my first lesson with defending against knife attacks. We actually used real knives for this. Of course they had a cover on it to protect us, otherwise I wouldn't be sitting here :P But it was fun. I also had some lessons in protecting myself in choking from the front, sides and from the back. I'm very happy that I'm doing something that feels good. It's good to be able to pretect yourself, but it's also good for discipline

    Thanks Tobiasman and Elmeaux.

I actually had a lot of fun. The workouts are pretty hard though, but on the other side : so is today's world with a lot of lunatics on it.

Exercise that is fun and educational.........definitely the best way to stay fit. I have many friends and family members who have developed Type II Diabetes. They all have one thing in common - a sedentary lifestyle. Regular aerobic exercise is your best defense against unwanted medical bills.
