Red face Action on Neck - Picked up my bass today!!!

Well it was confirmed....I went to the music store to pick up my bass today and spoke with the guitar tech. He told me that the bass was tampered with! It is now perfect once again! wheeewww! I have learned a huge lesson - never trust anyone with your baby!!!!!! (well, you wouldn't hand your child to a stranger) lol!

Wow!! Get your video camera and go down there to ask some questions! Tell them you're doing a report for the local TV news. Tell them you had your bass examined by someone else who confirmed it had been tampered with.

    BOOOOO!!

What's the name of the rip-off store, by the way?

Well Maggie, here in Andalucia the Luthier s (Guitar makers) are world class. I had an e bass made(collected ) this year. made by hand from a famous house in Granada. Right next to their world famous college of music (Classical & Flamenco +++) The bass is absolute RUBBISH! Sounds like a rubber bucket! Cost more than some folks cars, and was my lifetime gift to myself. I could have got as good for $100 new from ebay! So it's not easy to find a Luthier who understands all types of stringed instruments. I now courier my instruments back to Uk (England)where they have the history in E Bass making! So you got off light! Good Luck!
PS. If you find a Luthier that does what he promises. Stay with him!
Bass Sickaly I have a Bass Mentality!
My kit: Yamaha BB714BS 1st Ed,
    Yamaha 374 2 X bucks
    1970's Fender Telecaster (Pristine)!
    Turque (1980's) 100W Amp Conbo
    Peavey 115 Bass Amp Combo
Stagg 40W Amp Combo (well I didn't know it would rattle!)
    Small bathroom ampo!
V-Amp Pro. (How does this work?)
Thingy for connecting bass to computer, but I lost the registration codes!
I take 24 tablet each day, but smiling makes me feel good!
